If you would like to keep your user presets, please perform a device backup before troubleshooting.
Device Backup:
Download the Neuro Desktop Editor, then install and run the program.
Connect the Nemesis to the Neuro Desktop Editor with a mini USB cable.
Select the Nemesis’ blue box in the upper left of the editor.
From the top menu, select Device // Create Device Backup. Save that file to your computer.
Factory reset:
Hold down the Tap footswitch while plugging in the power supply.
Any progress? If not, please perform a firmware update/re-update.
Firmware Update:
In the Neuro Desktop App, select the arrow icon.
In the following window, select “Yes.”
Another window will open with all of the current firmware for the One Series. The latest Nemesis firmware file is also attached here.
Choose the Nemesis firmware file.
Select, “Open,” and wait for the update to finish.
